Privacy at AcademyBase

Useful information, handled with care.

This notice describes the information AcademyBase uses for its public website, customer accounts and academy applications.

01

Information we collect

When you create an account, Firebase Authentication provides AcademyBase with your account identifier, email address, verification state and the display name you choose. Your application stores the business, teaching, learner, operational, brand, domain, commerce and launch information you provide.

We may also retain basic request metadata, referral attribution and essential security or rate-limiting records.

02

Why we use it

We use customer information to operate your account, save and review academy plans, prepare tailored recommendations and quotes, contact you about your application, configure accepted academy projects and provide platform-level support.

03

Service providers and sharing

AcademyBase does not sell application information. Data may be processed by providers used for secure authentication, hosting, storage, communication, security and analytics. We share only what is reasonably needed to operate those services or meet legal obligations.

04

Your choices

You may decline optional analytics cookies. You may also ask AcademyBase to review, correct or remove practical customer information, subject to operational, accounting and legal retention needs.

05

Account and application security

Customer application access requires a Firebase-authenticated account. Application reads and writes are performed by server routes that verify the signed-in user and document ownership. Operator access uses a separate claim-protected control surface.
